Parking is free to all guests. There is no assigned parking, its first come, first serve. Guests just need to register their vehicle at the front office in Building 1.

I provide a portable AC unit in the bedroom that is on a 4-hour timer. The living room has a window AC unit which is also on a 4-hour timer.

A cabinet bed is similar to a Murphy bed but looks more like an upright piano. The cabinet opens up and a platform folds out allowing the trio-fold tempurpedic queen sized mattress to unfold. This allows for an experience close to a regular bed unlike sofa beds that wear down over time.
