The space

The health and safety of our guests, homeowners, and employees is our number one priority. Our vacation rentals minimize person-to-person contact with private amenities and entry via lockboxes. After each reservation, our condos are sanitized and disinfected with expert cleaning in line with current CDC guidelines. Let this condo be your home away from home. I have tried to think of everything you would need for a fun-filled, stress-free vacation. Beach gear (boogie boards, coolers, beach towels, umbrella/canopy, toys for kids and a beach wagon), wifi, laundry in the unit, linens, iron/ironing board, kitchen utilities, plenty of free parking, coffee cart with 3 ways to brew your coffee beverage, a brand new cabinet bed in place of the often uncomfortable sofa bed when extra sleeping space is needed, Apple TV...and more. You are walking distance to shopping, bicycle/snorkel rental, golfing, restaurants, shopping. I even have a second condo right next door if you are looking for added space for the in-laws, friends you're traveling with or for the teenage kids when you just need a little separation. *Contact me if you are interested in this option... I offer a limited amount of toilet paper, paper towels and laundry soap. If you plan to stay more than 5 days, you will need to plan for it and purchase these "extras" on your own.

Guest access

Access is as simple as retrieving your key from a lockbox located on the front door of the unit. Once you retrieve the key, place it back in the lock-box. There is another set of keys inside the unit for your use. The lock-box keys are there in case you get locked out. There is a $50 lock-out fee if you need assistance gaining entry due to lost keys or leaving these keys locked inside the unit. Check-in is anytime after 3pm. Please DO NOT go to the front office asking for assistance with entry. They are not a concierge. Please contact the owner Brie for assistance. Sorry but due to needed sufficient time for cleaning, I can rarely accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs but feel free to ask, I will do what I can. You must check in at the front office in Bldg 1 (and retrieve a parking pass if you have a car.) They are open during regular business hours. If they are closed upon your arrival, visit them as soon as they are open. You might get a warning note on weekends but that’s just to remind you to obtain a pass as soon as possible. You can get a temporary pass after hours from security. Smoking Sections are in designated areas of the parking lot. The pools and BBQ's are accessible to all renters. *Be sure to check access codes just prior to arrival as we change the codes regularly!

This tax is NOT factored in to your original price but will be collected at the time of your stay. Sorry for the inconvenience.** Confirming your booking equates to your acceptance of the rules posted in this listing. As a ground floor unit, it is not unusual to see the occasional bugs. This is Maui. They are common in this tropical climate. Maui Vista sprays regularly but please assist us in keeping them out by not leaving food out, emptying the trash and keeping doors and screen doors closed.
